F43 vs. F45: Two Heights, Matching Connectors

Both heights are also available in 6' 7" and 4' 7" lengths.

The connectors remain at the same height above the ground. The F45 frame extends 2 inches higher, so its connectors sit 2 inches farther from the top while maintaining the same coupling height.

F43 and F45 barricades connect directly to one another. You can mix the two heights within the same barricade layout.

Four Replaceable Foot Options

• Bridge feet: A practical choice for uneven terrain and softer surfaces.
• Flat feet: A low-profile option for paved surfaces, pedestrian queues and entrances.
• Flat feet with rubber pads: A padded flat-foot configuration.
• Roller feet: Useful when barricades need frequent repositioning.

All four foot configurations are bolt-on and replaceable. If a foot becomes damaged or worn, it can be replaced without discarding an otherwise serviceable barricade.

Replacement feet are available directly from Friedrichs. We can also make replacement feet for any barricade model on the market.

Adding to an Existing Narrow-Connector Inventory?

F43 and F45 narrow connectors are designed for compatibility with many import-style barricades. If you are adding to equipment from another manufacturer, send photographs and measurements of the existing couplings before ordering.

Contact Friedrichs to check compatibility and select the appropriate configuration.

For access openings, F43/F45 barricade gates work with either height in this family.

Galvanized and Optional Powder-Coated Finishes

The standard finish is hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection. Optional powder-coated finishes are available for an additional charge when a particular color or appearance is needed.

The barricade is galvanized first, then powder coated as an additional exterior finish. Painted finishes may show wear from repeated stacking, transportation and handling.
